Prohibited Content

Any violation of these content restrictions may result in the termination of the user's account, and more action if deemed necessary.

User-Generated Content

Users acknowledge that the website includes a chat room and other features allowing the creation of user-generated content.

While efforts are made to monitor and moderate content, mainly based on user reporting, it is impossible to guarantee the complete oversight of all user-generated material.

We cannot be held responsible for any user-generated content that may violate the terms of service.

Responsible and Legal Use

You agree to use the website responsibly and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Engaging in activities that violate legal standards is strictly prohibited.

Chat Feature

The chat feature is intended for making the collaboration between teams on project easier. It is not for dating or similar purposes.

File Management and Activity

If you are inactive for more than 3 months, your projects and files might get deleted from the servers, with no guarantee of recovery. Log in regularly to keep the files. also, chat messages more than 14 days old may be automatically deleted regularly, this is to optimize the website and its resources.

Fair Usage Policy

You agree to use the website fairly and refrain from abusing server resources. Any attempt at abuse, such as a DDoS attack, may lead to an immediate and permanent ban.

Limitations of the Service

HTML WAVE AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICS ON THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED AS-IS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND. Some features are currently in beta testing, and as such, there may be bugs, errors, or other issues that arise during your use of the service. The quality, accuracy, or reliability of such services during the beta testing phase cannot be guaranteed.

Compliance with laws and regulations

You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limit Evasion

To ensure fair use, there are currently some limits in the services. Including but not limited to: HTML Wave AI has a rate limit of 5 requests per hour. HTML Wave online has a file count limit of 15 files per account and project limit of 15 projects create per account. These limits might be only temporary and may be lifted in the future. Creating multiple accounts in order to bypass these limits is not allowed and might result in a permanent ban.

API key

You are not allowed to share your API key to the public, however, creating Bring-your-own-key types of applications is allowed.

Restrictions on reverse engineering

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the website.

Intellectual Property

This website, HTML Wave, HTML Wave Online, and HTML Wave AI are the intellectual property of us, but the user-generated files remain the exclusive property of the respective users. You are free to use and modify the pages/contents generated using the services or the API, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. And you are allowed to sell websites you create using the service. However, you agree not attempt to modify, reproduce, or redistribute the website itself or any part of its code.

Commercial Use

You are allowed to use the HTML Wave, HTML Wave Online, and the generated output generated on HTML Wave AI's website or its api, for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of HTML Wave AI.

Termination and content removal

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, or remove any content you generated for with or without a reason, and with or without notice.

By creating an account and/or using HTML Wave, HTML Wave Online, or HTML Wave AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
